Can I attend a screening event even if I have a primary care provider and am confident in my overall health?
ABSOLUTELY! By coming to an event, you are helping to identify solutions to health disparities so that every person with an I/DD can enjoy superior health care and an improved quality of life.

How long will the screening take?
The screenings take about 30-45 minutes to complete.

Do I have to complete the screening in one visit?
No. You can start your screening and resume it at a later date, but it is preferred if you can finish it in one visit. If you have to complete the screening in two visits, all you need is your file number or simply tell the registration person your name.

How do I find a screening event near me?
HealthMeet events will be announced on our website, social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), and our email newsletter. You may also check our upcoming calendar of events or call us at (781) 891-6270.
