Do you or a loved attend DDS or MassHealth day services and have transportation provided? Or perhaps you’re an adult with a disability and use transportation for medical visits? Most likely this transportation is arranged through the Human Services Transportation Brokerage System (HST) which is housed at the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS).
EOHHS and HST are looking for feedback on how transportation services have been operating since July 1, 2021. The virtual feedback sessions are scheduled for Monday, May 16 from 2:00-3:30 pm and Wednesday, May 18 from 6:00-7:30 pm. You need to sign up in advance to give feedback.
