Notes from The Arc is the weekly electronic newsletter of The Arc of Massachusetts. It is sent to a growing list of subscribers. As of August 2021, we are sending emails to more than 16,000 unique addresses, including self-advocates, family members, concerned citizens, legislators, decisionmakers, press, and human service agencies.
