The Arc of Massachusetts, leading the IDD/Autism Alliance, recently wrote a letter to Governor Maura Healey addressing crucial budget priorities for the IDD and autism community while also explaining the perfect storm of challenges that face this community in the new year.
The undersigned organizations are: The Arc of Massachusetts, Disability Law Center, Massachusetts Advocates for Children, Disability Policy Consortium, Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress, Massachusetts Advocates Standing Strong, Association for Autism and Neurodiversity (AANE), AllStars Learning, and the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) Program at Boston Children’s Hospital.
