Operation House Call began its partnership with UMass Chan Medical School on Wednesday September 28.
The program kicked off with a two hour lecture from OHC Director Maura Sullivan and parent instructor Jennifer Drohan. The co-teaching component included our expert panel members, Riley Easley and Jarod Wyman.
The students will now complete virtual home visits with OHC volunteer host families. After the visits, students will then review resources and materials and write self reflection essays in our privacy protected forum – each getting “one to one” processing with our OHC team.
We are so excited to begin this program and involve our families across Mass who have so much to teach these soon to be doctors.
