The Arc of Massachusetts and Advocates for Autism of Massachusetts (AFAM) are formally integrating to strengthen our collective advocacy voice. This alignment brings together decades of shared work to amplify impact, streamline communication, and push for stronger legislative outcomes for individuals with autism and their families across the Commonwealth.
As we move forward, we’ll continue hosting monthly AFAM Advisory Committee meetings, deepening collaboration, elevating new voices, incorporating AFAM members into The Arc’s structure, and preparing for a powerful Autism Advocacy Day on April 8, 2026. Our shared vision remains the same: a unified, influential presence fighting for a more inclusive and supportive Massachusetts.
