Join The Arc for a special presentation on transition services with the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) by Victor Hernandez, Deputy Assistant Commissioner.
Victor will discuss the steps and timelines for transitioning into adult services and provide helpful tips for managing the process. Prior to his current role, Victor held leadership positions including Chief of State, Legislative/Constituent Liaison, Statewide Transition Coordinator for Chapter 688, Assistant Area Director, and Commissioner’s Liaison for Special Projects with the Governor, Secretariat and stakeholder interests.
