Part-Time Office Manager – 20 Hours
The Arc of Massachusetts, a Waltham-based organization that advocates on behalf of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and autism, is currently seeking a Part-Time Office Manager.
This position involves administrative tasks, such as scheduling group meetings, managing an office calendar, handling building maintenance requests, answering phone inquiries, assisting with event logistics, data entry, and more. This position will work with the Advocacy and Education departments to create fact sheets and will assist Development and Digital Media with mailings. This position will be for 4 hours per day for a total of 20 hours per work week.
Required skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as writing, editing, and phone calls are part of the role. Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word (including mail merge), Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in designing fact sheets and creating reports analyzing data trends. Quick learner. Knowledge of office equipment.
