Thank you to NBC10 Boston for getting the word out about the Blue Envelope. The Arc of Massachusetts was pleased to be there for the vote on Thursday and to see the bill pass unanimously through the Senate!
The Arc and AFAM are grateful to Senator Jo Comerford for her steadfast leadership. Thank you to Senator Michael Moore for working with our police training legislation to offer an amendment that also passed favorably, which will require training for all officers around the Blue Envelope.
