Purchase of the Future Planning Guide

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or accessing the Future Planning Guide (“the Guide”). By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing the Future Planning Guide, you (“the Purchaser” or “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with the purchase.
2. License for Personal Use Only

3. Intellectual Property
3.1 The Future Planning Guide is the exclusive intellectual property of the publisher.
3.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the Guide, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
4. Prohibited Uses
In addition to Section 2, you agree not to:
- Share your login credentials, download links, or access details with any third party
- Upload, post, or publicly display the Guide or any portion thereof online
- Create derivative works based on the Guide’s content without written authorization
- Use the Guide in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
5. Payment and Access
5.1 Full payment is required before access to the Guide is granted.
5.2 Prices are listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the final price for that transaction.
5.3 Access to the Guide is provided upon successful payment confirmation.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Due to the digital nature of the Future Planning Guide, all sales are final once the Guide has been accessed or downloaded.
6.2 If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the Guide, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

We reserve the right to edit the guide and make new versions at any time and that the buyer is only purchasing the version that is available on the date and time of their payment. 10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in which our organization operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
