TD Garden and Garden Neighborhood Charities proudly announce the addition of sixteen more high school basketball games to the TD Garden schedule. The Good Sports TD Garden Invitational returns for the second year in a row on Saturday, January 10, featuring eight Massachusetts public high school match-ups.
Marylou Sudders, the state’s former mental health commissioner, will be appointed secretary of Health and Human Services by Governor Elect Charlie Baker, according to a post by the Boston Herald. Most recently, Mary Lou served as CEO of the Massachusetts Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Children.
Dr. Jessica Kramer, in the Department of Occupational Therapy at Boston University, is conducting a federally funded study examining the impact of goal setting versus a problem-solving intervention on transition-age youth’s achievement of goals, feelings of confidence about themselves and their disability, and ability to advocate for their needs (NIDRR Grant # H133G120091).
