2025 has been a year defined by action, persistence, and the collective power of our community.

Nearly 2,800 new advocates joined our network to stay informed and engaged, and 2,763 people took direct action at the state level by responding to alerts, contacting lawmakers, submitting testimony, sharing our messages, and keeping disability issues at the forefront. Together, advocates carried out an incredible amount of action, sending nearly 10,000 emails to the Governor and state Legislators, along with sharing testimony and personal stories.

On a federal level, advocates of The Arc of Massachusetts have also played a crucial role as part of the over 650,000 people who contacted their congressional representatives in support of Medicaid, SNAP, special education, and more priority issues through The Arc of the United States action alerts.

As we close out the year, we are grateful for every person who showed up – whether by signing up, speaking out, or amplifying our work. Your dedication strengthens our movement and drives meaningful progress for individuals with disabilities and their families.

The year ahead will be even more critical. Progress on major bills and budget decisions will all depend on strong, sustained advocacy. With your continued engagement, we can build on this momentum and ensure that the needs and rights of people with disabilities remain a top priority. We look forward to continuing to move forward together.
