In conjunction with the 45th Annual Legislative Reception, Governor Maura Healey proclaimed March 2023 as the 2023 Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month in Massachusetts. The proclamation was presented at the Legislative Reception by Executive Office of Health and Human Services Secretary Kate Walsh.
