At the end of July, and along with other organizations, members of The Arc’s IDD-Autism Alliance sent a letter to Governor Maura Healey urging her to sign on to a nationwide statement reaffirming the Commonwealth’s commitment to home-and-community based services (HCBS) in light of the concerning DOJ Olmstead memo.
We are proud to share that Governor Healey did sign this statement, along with 17 other states. You can see the letter here.
