Operation House Call is excited to welcome Ashley Waring as our new Family Engagement Manager.
Ashley’s family has participated in OHC as a host family, and she will now be managing a network of over 200 families and coordinating with six medical and nursing schools for our unique experiential learning component.
Ashley brings over 20 years of experience in community engagement and education as a children’s librarian. She has developed and implemented adaptive and therapeutic library programs for children, teens, and adults with ASD and IDD.
She is a graduate of the Massachusetts Family Leadership Program, and serves on the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) Statewide Family Support Council. Ashley is looking forward to bringing her community building, advocacy, and organizational skills to OHC and The Arc.
