Ask you Senator to support the following amendments:
- Support Amendment #490 sponsored by Senator Joan Lovely – Sustains MassHealth Rates for Day Habilitation and Adult Foster Care (AFC) Programs by extending 10% ARPA increase, which expires July 1, 2022.
- Support Amendment #402 sponsored by Sen. Patrick O’Connor – Increases Chapter 257 Human Services rates above Governor’s proposal by $350 million for all staff including nurses, clinicians to a more competitive rate of $20/per hour range.
