The Arc of Massachusetts needs your help to expand Nicky’s Law/Dana’s Law to include Day Habilitation Program.
The Arc is pleased to see S137 The Abuse Registry Expansion pass favorably from the Committee on Children, Families and Persons with Disabilities.
As we close in on the end of the legislative session, we need you to contact your Represnetatives and Senators and ask them to please support the bill!
We need as many legislators as possible to prioritize this bill and include it in their discussions with leadership.
