Maura Sullivan, The Arc’s Senior Director of Government Affairs and Health Policy, recently taught sessions at Harvard Medical School (HMS) in a round robin style course entitled “Considerations in Clinical Care for People with Autism and IDD.”
Summarizing her experience at HMS, Maura remarked, “I am so excited to bring disability education content to these remarkable students. This model incorporates other teachers focusing on specific areas of disability content and students rotate through. The Arc is grateful for our partnership with Harvard Medical School for these courses and through Operation House Call.”
