The Arc of Massachusetts, leading the IDD/Autism Alliance, recently wrote a letter to Attorney General Joy Andrea Campbell on the subject of the Texas v. Kennedy case. The letter discusses the vital importance of Section 504, which “ensures that people with disabilities can receive services in the community, rather than in institutions.”
